| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti podniku CIUR a. s. Vzhledem k široké působnosti podniku CIUR a. s. je práce orientována na oblast výroby izolačních materiálů a jejich aplikaci v ČR. Analýza konkurenceschopnosti je provedena prostřednictvím analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. V práci je využita PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza, která je kompletním výstupem analýzy prostředí a díky níž dochází ke zhodnocení stávající situace podniku. Závěrem jsou uvedeny návrhy opatření vhodných ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of competitiveness of the company called CIUR a. s. Due to the wide activity of the company CIUR a. s., the thesis is oriented on the area of production of insulation and its application in the Czech Republic. Analysis of competitiveness is performed through the analysis internal and external environment. In the thesis is used PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis, which is a complete output of analysis of environment. The current situation of the company is evaluated thanks to the SWOT analysis. At the end there are introduced proposals for action which are useful to increase of the company's competitiveness. |
