| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměří na fungování pracovní skupiny ve výrobní organizaci. Cílem je popsat strategie chování členů pracovní skupiny na pozadí hierarchického uspořádání, organizačních struktur a pracovního prostředí. Bakalářská práce staví na etnografickém přístupu založeném na metodách zúčastněného pozorování a kvalitativních hloubkových rozhovorech s pracovníky výrobní organizace. Práce popisuje kulturu prostředí a morální kodex, který je na skupinu kladen, a zaměřuje se zejména na akty rezistence jedinců vůči němu. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis focuses on the functioning of working groups in the manufacturing organization. The aim is to describe the behavior strategies of members of the working group on the background of hierarchical organization, organizational structures and work environment. Bachelor thesis builds on ethnographic approach based on methods of participant observation and qualitative interviews with workers in manufacturing organization. This work describes the culture and morality imposed on the working group, and focuses on its acts of resistance. |
