| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je životní styl adolescentů. V teoretické části je popsán životní styl a jeho faktory směřující ke zdraví, dále rizikové faktory negativně působící na zdraví a adolescence, jako vývojové období, včetně změn a rizikového vývoje podpořené o některé výsledky výzkumů. Praktická část se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem životního stylu adolescentů s cílem zjistit postoje a názory členů cílové skupiny k danému tématu a skutečnému stavu, tedy, zda žijí zdravě či nikoliv. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of this thesis is the lifestyle of adolescents. The theoretical part describes the lifestyle and the factors leading to health, as well as risk factors negatively affect health and adolescence as a developmental period, including changes and the development of venture supported by some research results. The practical part deals with quantitative research lifestyle of adolescents in order to determine the attitudes and opinions of members of target groups on the topic and the actual state, ie, whether or not they live healthily. |
