| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tréninkovým soustředěním zápasníků ve věku 10 - 15 let zaměřené na výběr talentované mládeže do sportovních center. V teoretické části práce se věnuji charakteristice zápasu a pohybovými schopnostmi, které jsou rozvíjeny v tomto úpolovém sportu. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zlepšení úrovně výběru sportovců do středisek a center talentované mládeže. Pro dosažení cíle se v praktické části projektu věnuji převážně vytvoření speciálního motorického testu pro zápas a popisu standardizovaného testu Unifittest(6-60). V bakalářské práci jsou oba testy popsány a vyhodnoceny. Testování se zúčastnili talentovaní zápasníci z Plzeňského a Karlovarského kraje ve věku 10 - 15 let. V projektu je dále popisováno zajištění soustředění po stránce organizační, finanční, personální a právní. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor thesis is about training which is concentrated on young wrestlers in the age of 10 15 years aimed at the selection of talented Youth into sports centers. In the theoretical part of the thesis I focus on the characteristics of wrestling and the movement abilities that are being developed in this martial art. The main goal in this bachelor thesis is to improve the level of selection of athletes getting into sports centers and centers for talented Youth. To achieve this goal I predominantly in the practical part deal with creating a special motorized test for wrestling and the description of a standardized test Unifittest (6-60). In my bachelor thesis both of the tests have been decribed and evaluated. The testing attended talented wrestlers from Pilsen and Carlsbad region aged 10 -15 years. In the project there is further more described the security of concentration from the aspect of administration, financial, personnel and legal point of view. |
