| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o institutu manželství v římském právu. Popsány jsou formy manželství, jeho typy, překážky uzavření, rozvod a majetkové poměry manželů. Práce se zaměřuje na postavení muže a ženy, jejich rodinné vztahy a vzájemné poměry. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is exploring the marriage in the roman law. It is describing the forms of marriage, types, obstacles of enclosure, divorce and the property between the partners. The main point of the thesis is the role of the man and woman and their relationship. |
