Abstract:	Práce se zabývá tématem pravidel nakládání s komunálním majetkem. Hlavním cílem práce je provedení analýzy problematiky nakládání s majetkem územních samosprávných celků, a to prostřednictvím platné právní úpravy v souvislosti s jejím výkladem právní teorií i soudní praxí. Druhým cílem je představit současný vývoj zákonodárných iniciativ a návrhů de lege ferenda v dané oblasti.
Abstract in different language:	The thesis deals with the topic of the rules of disposal of municipal property. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the issue of self-government unit disposal of property through application of the current legislation in relation to the interpretation of legal theory and judicial practice. The second aim is to introduce the current development of legislative initiatives and proposals de lege ferenda in the field.
