| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je věnována právní úpravě institutu vazby v České republice. Zahrnuje pojem vazby, vazební důvody, rozhodnutí o vazbě, včetně rozhodujících orgánů, vymezení délky trvání vazby, přezkoumávání vazby, vazební zasedání, právo obviněného být slyšen, prostředky, které mohou vazbu nahradit, vazbu v případě mladistvých, stručné srovnání s právní úpravou ve Slovenské republice a návrhy de lege ferenda. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is devoted to the legal regulations of the institute custody in the Czech Republic. Does the concept, linkage reasons, the decision on custody, including the decision-makers, the definition of the length of detention, review, linkage meeting, the accused's right to be heard, the means may replace the bond, bond in the case of minors, a brief comparison with the legislation in the Slovak Republic and proposals de lege aspects. |
