| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá diferenciální diagnostikou bolesti v úseku hrudní páteře. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány nejčastější příčiny bolesti. Praktickou část práce tvoří soubor 5 pacientů, kteří lokalizovali bolest v oblasti hrudní páteře. Je zde popsáno vyšetření pacientů a následná terapie, která se skládala především z měkkých a mobilizačních technik a nácviku správného stereotypu dýchání. Cílem práce bylo rozlišit od sebe různé diagnózy a potvrdit nebo vyvrátit mé hypotézy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the differential diagnosis of pain in thoracic spine segment. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the most frequent causes of pain. The practical part consists of a set of 5 patients, who located problems in the thoracic spine. This section describes the examination of patients and subsequent therapy, which consisted of soft and mobilization techniques and practicing correct breathing stereotype. The aim of this work was to distinguish the various diagnoses and confirm or disprove my hypothesis. |
