| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá úrovní funkčních parametrů hráče ledního hokeje jako limitujícího faktoru herního výkonu. Práce je zpracovaná do šesti kapitol přes úvod do hry ledního hokeje, jeho společenského významu, organizace soutěží, kondiční přípravu až po vlastní testování hráčů a vyhodnocení výsledků. V práci se detailněji popisuje náplň kondiční přípravy a rozvíjení pohybových schopností hráčů HC Plzeň 1929. Úroveň motorických schopností byla vyhodnocena zátěžovým testem Wingate. Výsledky provedeného výzkumu, i když se výzkum týkal pouze omezeného počtu hráčů, ukazují, že výkon hráče ledního hokeje není závislý na úrovni vybraných funkčních parametrů v tak vysoké míře, jak se předpokládalo. Stanovená hypotéza nebyla potvrzena. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis delas with the level of functional parametres such as ice hockey player limiting factor in gaming performance. The work is processed into six chapters through an introduction to the game of ice hockey, its importance for society, organization of competitions, fitness training to the players own testing and evaluation. The thesis describes in detail the content of fitness training and developing motor skills players HC Plzeň 1929th. These motor skills were evaluated by Wingate stress test. about fitness training. Results of the research, even though the research is concerned only a limited number of players show that ice hockey player´s performance is not dependent on the level of selected functional parameters in such a high rate as will be expected. This hypothesis was not confirned. |
