| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou spastické ruky vzniklé následkem cévní mozkové příhody. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na cévní mozkovou příhodu, vznik spasticity a na ergoterapii. V praktické části jsou 4 kazuistiky, které jsou porovnávány z hlediska účinnosti aplikovaného druhu terapie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis includes the problematic of spastic hand caused as a result of stroke. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on stroke, formation of spasticity and occupational therapy. In the practical part there are 4 case reports, which are compared for the efficiency of the appliedkind of therapy. |
