| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá současným využitím reflexní terapie v praxi. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: část teoretickou a praktickou. První část popisuje historii vzniku reflexní terapie do současného využití, přibližuje anatomické a fyziologické souvislosti, které jsou nezbytné k porozumění reflexní terapie, dále shrnuje indikace, kontraindikace použití reflexní terapie a její druhy. V závěru první části je popsané nutné vzdělání a role všeobecné sestry v rámci reflexní terapie. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje informace získané pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu - prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a hodnotících škál. Pro výzkum byli zvoleni dva klienti se stejným problémem, a to s bolestí v oblasti kříže a jejím vlivem na pohybový aparát. Sledován je efekt léčby pomocí reflexní terapie a jejích přidružených metod, kdy je efekt hodnocen klientem pomocí hodnotících škál a průběžných rozhovorů. Výsledky léčby reflexní terapie jsou vyobrazeny pomocí grafů a shrnuty v diskuzi bakalářské práce. Bakalářská práce je příspěvkem pro všeobecné sestry a jiné nelékařské zdravotnické pracovníky, zároveň slouží jako zdroj informací pro laickou veřejnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis deals with current use of reflexology in practice. The work is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes the origin and development of the reflexology and the application of this method today. Deeply is described the relations of anatomical and physiological connection, which is very important for understanding of reflexology generally. The theoretical part summarizes also the indications and contraindications for the use of reflexology, mentions all the types of using method and the role of nurses within the therapy. The practical part of the thesis contains information gained from qualitative research through semi-structured interviews with rating scales. For the research had been chosen two clients with the same backache problem and were observed in relation to treatment by reflexology methods. The Results of treatment is graphic illustrated and summarized in the discussion of the thesis. The work is helpful source of information for nurses and other paramedical staff, as well as for laic public. |
