| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na biologické, psychologické a sociální prožívání pacienta po vytvoření stomie. V teoretické části se orientuji na anatomii trávicího traktu, historii tohoto operačního zákroku, na samotný pojem stomie a pomůcky k péči o střevní vývod. Dále na období operace a výživu. V praktické části popisuji výzkumné šetření provedené kvalitativním způsobem. Výzkum jsem prováděla u dvou zcela rozdílných respondentů formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Vypracovala jsem dvě kazuistiky, které následně mezi sebou hodnotím. Ke zpracování bakalářské práce jsem využívala informace z odborné literatury. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor work focuses on biological, psychological and social aspects of having a stoma. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the gastrointestinal tract, outlines the history of stoma surgery, explains the terminology and specifies equipment for stoma bag care. The theoretical part also deals with pre-surgery care and aftercare as well as nutrition. The practical part of the bachelor work describes qualitative research conducted with two different individuals in the form of a semi-structured interview. The work studies the two case histories and makes assessment. Medical information used in this bachelor work comes from reference books. |
