| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na biologické, psychologické a sociální prožívání pacienta po srdečním selháním. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na anatomii a fyziologii oběhové soustavy, srdeční selhání, diagnostiku, rizikové a preventivní faktory a zejména na psychiku kardiologického pacienta. V praktické části jsem aplikovala výzkumné šetření, které jsem provedla kvalitativním způsobem. Výzkum jsem prováděla u dvou pacientů s podobnými obtížemi avšak s úplně odlišnými sociálními a rodinnými podmínkami, formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Vypracovala jsem dvě kazuistiky, které mezi s sebou hodnotím. Z pohledu sestry hodnotím, jak hodně nemoc ovlivnila pacientův život a jestli došlo u pacienta k nějaké změně. Bakalářskou práci uzavírá diskuze a zhodnocení výsledků. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on patient's biological, psychological and social experience after cardiac failure. The theoretical part is focused on the anatomy and physiology of the circulatory system, cardiac failure, diagnosis, risk and preventive factors and in particular on the psyche of a cardiologic patient. I applied research survey in the practical part, which I performed by a qualitative way. The research was performed on two patients with similar problems but with completely different social and family conditions, in the form of semi-structured interview. I worked out two case studies that I evaluate to each other. From the perspective of a nurse I evaluated how much the disease has affected the patient's life, and whether the patient had any change. This thesis is concluded with a discussion and evaluation of results. |
