Abstract: Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta po cévní mozkové příhodě. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o cévní mozkové příhodě a její patogenezi, klasifikaci, etiologii, klinických příznacích, diagnostice, léčbě, rizikových faktorech, prevenci a ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta. V praktické části popisuji dvě pacientky po cévní mozkové příhodě s levostrannou hemiparézou se zaměřením na jejich soběstačnost.
Abstract in different language: This thesis deals with a nursing care of a patient after vascular cerebral accident. In the theoretical part are described information about vascular cerebral accident and her pathogenesis, classification, etiology, clinical signs, diagnostics, treatment, risk factors, prevention and nursing care of a patient. In the practical part are described two patients after vascular cerebral accident with left-sided hemiparesis with focusing on her self-sufficiency.
