| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o seniory. V teoretické části jsem shrnula informace o lidech v životním období stáří, jejich potřebách a možnostech pokud nejsou schopni se sami o sebe postarat. Dále jsem popsala mezinárodně uznávané koncepty zařazované do péče. V praktické části jsem použila kvalitativní výzkum, kde jsem na základě tří kazuistik popsala zařazení konceptů do péče s přínosem na kvalitu života obyvatel, zlepšení spolupráce s rodinou a vlivem na práci zaměstnanců. |
| Abstract in different language: | The final work deals with the elderly care. In the theoretic part I summed up the information about elderly people, their needs and possibilities if they are not able to take care of themselves. I described the concepts put into the care which are internationally recognized. The practical part of the work is focused on a qualitative research. This research makes reference to three case interpretations which were used to describe the integration of concepts to elderly care with regard to the quality of elderly´s life, improvement of cooperation with their families and effect on the methods of working. |
