Abstract: Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou významu pitného režimu. Práce v teoretické části pojednává o významu vody pro lidské tělo, o bilanci tekutin a potřebě vody. Zmiňuje příčiny, projevy a důsledky dehydratace, hyperhydratace i léčbu rehydratací, zdroje vody, pitný režim a jeho zásady. Praktická část obsahuje zhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření určeného pro děti a dospívající. Průzkum je zaměřen na znalosti a dodržování pitného režimu. Součástí práce jsou také přílohy.
Abstract in different language: This thesis is following up with the importance of drinking regime. Theoretical part of this thesis is about meaning of the water for the humans body, about liquid balances and need of water. It talks about causes symptom and consequences of dehydration, hyperhydration and rehydration healing, water sources, drinking regime and its principles. Practical part contains appreciantion of results by questionaire investigation designed for the children and the adolescents. Research is focused on knowledges and following of drinking regime. This thesis contains attachments.
