| Abstract: | Má bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku bolestivých beder v triatlonu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V písemné teoretické části se zabývám charakteristikou a základním rozdělením triatlonu do jednotlivých závodních skupin. Také je zde podrobněji rozebrána bederní část páteře, na kterou je práce zaměřena. V druhé praktické části práce, která je obsahem multimediálního DVD jsem se zabýval vytvořením souboru cviků, které slouží k nápravě a redukci svalových dysbalancí v oblasti bederní páteře. Cviky jsou doplněny o fotodokumentaci a popis pro jednodušší orientaci a práci s nimi. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor work focused on the problem of having painful Loins during triatlon. The work is divided into two parts. The written part theoreticly deals with the charakteristic and basic division of triatlon into racing groups. The objective of the work is to present the loin part of backbone in details. The second part, is content being registren on an interactive DVD, shows a set of exercises aiming the correction and reduction of muscle non-balance in the loin part of backbone. Both parts are completed by photographs and a description to simplify the orientation and the way to use them. |
