| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na popis a porovnání mezd v České republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy mezd a principy tvorby mezd v daných zemích. Praktická část porovnává rozdíly mezi mzdou v České republice a mzdou ve Spolkové republice Německo. Věnuje se konkrétním situacím, které by mohly nastat a porovnává dopady daňových odvodů a odvodů na pojistné na čistou mzdu zaměstnance. Závěr práce vystihuje rozdíly ve mzdovém účetnictví v České republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted work is orientated to a descpription and comparison of earnings in the Czech republic and in the Fededal Republic of Germany. The teoretical part describes the basic terms and principles of pay production in both countries. The practical part compares the differences between the earnings in the Czech republic and in the Fededal Republic of Germany. It devotes to a particular situations which could occur. It also compares the impacts of tax deductions and payments to social insurance to the nett salary of the employee. In conclusion the work represents the differences in the wage accounting in the Czech republic and in the Federal Republic of Germany. |
