| Abstract: | Předložená práce se věnuje vývoji ve věkové struktuře obyvatelstva České republiky v průběhu let 1989 až 2010. Jedna z částí textu se zabývá nejaktuálněji zpracovanou demografickou projekcí z roku 2009, jejímž autorem je Český statistický úřad, jenž pro tuto predikci definoval rok horizontu na rok 2065. Na základě zanalyzování již uskutečněných i předpokládaných budoucích změn ve věkovém složení byly vybrány čtyři zásadní oblasti pro společnost, které jsou přímo ovlivňovány změnami ve věkové struktuře. Dopady v daných oblastech jsou výsledky dlouhodobého a stále více znatelného problému, kterým není nic jiného než proces demografického stárnutí českého obyvatelstva, což představuje aktuální evropské, a zdaleka nejen, demografické téma číslo jedna. K analyzovaným oblastem patří systém důchodového pojištění, resort školství, zdravotnictví a sociální péče. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted thesis is focussed on the progress in the age structure of the Czech Republic inhabitants in the years from 1989 to 2010. One part of the text deals with the up-to-date demographic projection from the year 2009, whose author, the Czech Statistical Office, defined as a year of horizon for this prediction the year 2065. Based on the just realized and supposed future changes analysis, and according to the age composition, four essential spheres for the society were chosen, that are directly influenced by the changes in the age structure. The impacts into the particular areas are a result of a long-term and more and more noticeable problem, which is nothing more than a process of the demographic ageing of the Czech population, which picture, being a very topical European theme, it is by far not an only one demographic theme number one. The analysed spheres include the pension insurance system, the education, health service and the social services sectors. |
