dc.description.abstract-translated | This paper describes the state of the art of the short time del ay measurement and proposes new method for the delay measurement. A brief introduction to the delay measurement and the proble m specification are in the first two chapters. Chapter 3 presents the state of the a rt of the delay measurement. In the next chapter, the evaluation and compar ison of selected delay measurement methods are presented. Also the problems o f using these methods are described in this chapter. Chapter 5 describes t he new method for decreasing the number of the samples necessary for the time d elay measurement.
