| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu účetního systému a na finanční a majetkovou strukturu společnosti ZAT a.s.. V první části práce jsou rozebrány základní charakteristické znaky kapitálových společností. Dále je popsán účetní systém v České republice. Následující kapitola se zabývá finanční a majetkovou analýzou. V další kapitole je popsána společnost ZAT a.s. a poté je provedena její finanční a majetková analýza. Na závěr práce jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější poznatky z provedených analýz a zároveň jsou zde popsána navrhovaná řešení pro zlepšení ekonomické situace společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the analysis of the accounting system and on the financial and material structure of ZAT a.s. Basic characteristics of capital companies are discussed in the first part of the thesis. It also describes the accounting system in the Czech Republic. The following chapter deals with the financial and material analysis. The ZAT a.s. company is described in the next chapter and its financial and economic analysis are carried out in this chapter either. The most important insights from analysis are summarized at the conclusion of the work and there are also described the proposed solutions for the improvement of the economic situation of the company. |
