| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na motivaci zaměstnanců ve firmě Kamil Jíša - Intertrans. Část teorie rozebírá motivační teorie, charakterizuje pracovní motivaci, stimulaci a faktory, které jí ovlivňují. Praktická část představuje organizaci a její motivační program, výzkum provedený dotatníkovou metodou a SWOT analýzu. V práci jsou navrženy konkrétní opatření a návrhy motivačního programu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor work focuses on the staff motivation in the Kamil Jíša - Intertrans Company. Its theoretical part analyzes motivation theories, characterizes work motivation, stimuli and factors which influence it. The practical part presents the above organization and its motivation program, a research conducted by using an inquiry and a SWOT analysis. There are specific measures and drafts of the motivation program contained. |
