| Abstract: | Předkládaná práce se blíže zabývá problematikou výstavby a používání pasivních staveb. V první části jsou představeny energeticky úsporné stavby, se kterými se dnes můžeme setkat, jejich popis a základní požadavky kladené na stavby v pasivním standardu. Další body práce jsou zaměřeny na problematiku výstavby. Na tyto domy jsou kladeny vysoké požadavky, které je nutné dodržet. Podrobněji se těmto požadavků věnuje druhá část práce. Dále je nastíněna problematika energetické náročnosti pasivních staveb, ve které se práce zabývá např. vhodným druh vytápění pro pasivní domy, kontrolou kvality atd. Na konci třetí kapitoly je zhodnocení častých chyb při návrhu a konstrukci pasivních domů. V současné době výstavba energeticky úsporných domů stále roste a stává se často diskutovaným tématem, proto je potřeba se podrobněji seznámit s vývojovými trendy v oblasti pasivní výstavby. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals with further construction and use of passive constructions. The first part introduces energy-efficient buildings, with which we meet today, their description and basic requirements for construction in the passive standard. Other aspects of the work are focused on the issue of passive construction. These houses are high demands to be followed. These requirements in more detail the second part devoted to work. Also deals with the problems of passive energy performance of buildings in which the work deals with such kind of heating suitable for passive houses, quality control, etc. At the end of the third chapter is the evaluation of common mistakes in the design and construction of passive houses. Currently, energy-efficient home construction continues to grow and become a frequently discussed topic, so you need to become more familiar with the developments in the field of passive construction. |
