| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přímými daněmi ve třech vybraných zemích: České republiky, Francie a Velké Británie. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat tyto daňové systémy, se zaměřením na vybrané přímé daně, jejich vzájemnou komparaci a zhodnocení výhod a nevýhod těchto daňových systémů. První část této diplomové práce popisuje teoretická východiska a základní daňové pojmy jako je: daň, třídění daní, daňová harmonizace a koordinace apod. Druhá část této práce se věnuje analýze daňových systémů a vybraných přímých daní jednotlivých států. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na komparaci daňových systémů a zhodnocení jejich výhod a nevýhod. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the direct taxes in three chosen countries - the Czech republic, France and Great Britain. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the tax systems in these mentioned countries with focusing especially on selected direct taxes, their comparison and to assess advantages and disadvantages of these taxes in each country which each has its own tax system. First part of this thesis describes theoretical aspects and basic definitions of taxes, for example: the term "tax", classifications of taxes, tax harmonization and tax coordination etc. The second part of this thesis is dedicated to analysis of tax systems and selected direct taxes in selected countries. The final part is focused on comparing tax systems and assessment of their advantages and disadvantages. |
