| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu příjmů a výdajů příspěvkové organizace Základní škola Horšovský Týn v letech 2011-2015. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivnost finančního řízení a navrhnout možné opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace. Teoretická část charakterizuje nepodnikatelský subjekt, příspěvkovou organizaci a financování školství. Následuje stručné seznámení se Základní školou Horšovský Týn. V praktické části jsou analyzovány jednotlivé příjmy, výdaje a výsledek hospodaření a jsou vypočteny vybrané finanční ukazatele. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení finančního řízení Základní školy a jsou navržena doporučení pro stávající situaci. Práce obsahuje tabulky, obrázky a přílohy. Informace byly čerpány z odborných monografií, elektronických zdrojů, zákonů a výkazů příspěvkové organizace. Analýza finančního hospodaření provedená v této diplomové práci může být použita vedením Základní školy Horšovský Týn a může se stát podkladem pro budoucí efektivní finanční řízení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The analysis focuses on incomes and outcomes of the Elementary School in Horšovský Týn during 2011 and 2015. The aim of the thesis is to effectively evaluate financial situation of the subject and to suggest optimizing steps that would lead to the improvement of the current situation. The theoretical part characterizes non-business entities, contributory organizations and describes the mechanisms of education financing followed by an introduction of the Elementary School of Horšovský Týn. In the practical part of the thesis is aimed at the analysis of incomes, outcomes and profits of the subject and the calculation of selected financial indicators. The conclusion features an assessment of financial management at the Elementary School Horšovský Týn and recommendations on how to improve the current situation. The thesis contains tables, pictures and appendixes. The information comes from scholarly monographs, electronic sources, legislative texts and available reports of the contributory organizations. The analysis of financial management in the thesis is to be used by the council of the Elementary School in Horšovský Týn for future effective financial management. |
