| Abstract: | Častým problémem účetních jednotek je nejednoznačnost, nesystematičnost a nelogičnost vnitropodnikových směrnic. Některé směrnice organizacím dokonce chybí, některé postrádají stručnost nebo nejsou aktualizovány dle platných právních předpisů. Praktická část práce je proto zaměřena na revizi a návrhy na zlepšení vnitropodnikových směrnic a to ve 4. základní škole Cheb, příspěvkové organizaci. Teoretická část vysvětluje smysl tvorby vnitropodnikových směrnic, vymezuje legislativní rámec jejich tvorby a jejich formální náležitosti. Zabývá se procesem tvorby a procesem revize směrnic. Výstupem práce je úprava části směrnic, jejich doplnění nebo rovnou přepracování celé směrnice, vytvoření nových chybějících směrnic a další návrhy na zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | Ambiguity, unsystematic character and illogicality are common problems in accounting units. Some organizations don´t have any necessary directives, some directives are lacking in brevity or they aren´t updated by valid statutory instruments. That´s why is practical part of this thesis focused on revision and improvement proposals of internal directives in 4. primary school in Cheb, state-funded institution. The theoretical part explains the meaning of creating internal directives, delimit legislative sphere of their creating and decribe their formal requirement. It occupies with proces of creating and proces of revising directives. The outputs of thesis are adaptation of needful parts of directives, theirs addition or reworking the whole of directive, making new missing directives and improvement proposals. |
