| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku mezinárodní migrace, pozornost je věnována zejména ekonomické migraci. První kapitola se zabývá obecnou problematikou migrace, zejména jejími formami, příčinami a dopady. Druhá kapitola pojednává o zapojení České republiky do mezinárodní migrace od roku 1989 do současnosti. Třetí kapitola je věnována legislativě, která upravuje zaměstnávání zahraničních pracovníků v České republice, a stanoví povinnosti zaměstnavatelů a cizinců. Čtvrtá kapitola uvádí výsledky průzkumu, který byl proveden s využitím metody interview mezi zaměstnavateli zahraničních pracovníků v Karlových Varech a Plzni. Pátá kapitola uvádí výsledky průzkumu provedeného mezi cizinci pracujícími v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis describes the issue of economic migration in particular. The first chapter of this thesis deals with the general theories of division, causes, impacts and forms of migration. The second chapter examines the involvement of the Czech Republic in the international migration from 1989 till the present time. The third chapter is dedicated to legislation, which regulates the employment of international labour in the Czech Republic and the obligations of the employers as well as the employees. The fourth chapter describes the survey, which was carried out among employers of foreign workers in Carlsbad and Pilsner, while using the method of an interview, in particularly a combination of structured and unstructured interviews. The fifth and final chapter discusses the survey, which was carried out among the foreigners who work in the Czech Republic in the same way as the survey carried out among the employers. |
