| Abstract: | V současné době dochází k rozsáhlým změnám ve využití krajiny. Především se jedná o její proměnu v zástavbu. Tímto tématem se zabývá mnoho studií. Tato práce je věnována problematice změn v intravilánu na území města Třemošná v průběhu let 1938 až 2013. Práce je zpracována v programu ArcGIS Desktop verze 10.2, kde proběhla digitalizace leteckých snímků. Poté byly vypočteny rozlohy celkové zastavěné plochy, dále jednotlivých budov a délka komunikací. Objekty byly dále rozděleny do jednotlivých kategorií dle jejich využití. Pomocí geografických středů byl sledován postupný vývoj těchto kategorií. Jsou nastíněny projevy rezidenční i komerční suburbanizace ve sledovaném území. Nově vzniklé objekty jsou zachyceny v podobě greenfields, částečně i revitalizace brownfields. V závěru práce jsou výsledky prezentovány prostřednictvím grafů a tabulek. Výsledky jsou slovně interpretovány a diskutovány. |
| Abstract in different language: | There are an extensive changes in land use at present. Especially about a transformation for a building up area. Many studies deals with this topic. This thesis is dedicated to matters of changes in the built up area in the city of Třemošná during the years 1938 to 2013. The thesis was processed in a program ArcGIS Desktop version 10.2, where were taken aerial digital pictures. Thereafter were calculated the surface areas of the total built up area, particular buildings and the lengh of the communications. Further were buildings divided into a different categories according to their uses. Geographic centers were used to monitor the gradual progression of these categories. There are outlined acts of residential and commercial suburbanisation in the monitored area. New objects are captured in the form of greenfields and partly revitalization in the brownfields. In conclusion of thesis, the results are presented in graphs and tables. The results are verbally interpreted and discussed. |
