| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá starobním důchodem a možnostmi jeho financování. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. Je zde vymezen pojem starobní důchod a podmínky na jeho získání. Další část práce je věnována vývojem penzijního zabezpečení v České republice a principům jeho fungování. Jsou zde vysvětleny různé metody financování, jejich výhody, nevýhody a také rizika. Práce se zaměřuje nejen na penzijní systém České republiky, ale také na penzijní systémy dalších vybraných zemí. Hlavní myšlenkou práce je analýza udržitelnosti penzijního systému. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the old-age pensions and its possibilities of financing. The thesis is divided into several parts. There is a definition of the concept of old-age pension and the conditions for its obtaining. The next chapter of the thesis elaborates the history of the pension security in the Czech republic and its principles. Following part is devoted to the various methods of financing, their advantages, disadvantages and also risks. The thesis focus is not only on the pension system in the Czech republic, but also on the pension systems of other countries. The main idea of the thesis is to analyse the sustainability of the current pension system. |
