| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémy zdravotního pojištění v Německu, Nizozemí, Rakousku a České republice. Cílem práce je definovat základní pojmy, které souvisejí se zdravotní péčí a zdravotním pojištěním, analyzovat systémy vybraných zemí, následně provést komparaci těchto systémů a vymezit jejich klady a zápory. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním základních pojmů, jako například zdraví, zdravotní péče, subjekty zdravotního systému, atd. Analytická část se zabývá analýzou systémů zdravotního pojištění ve vybraných zemí. Jsou zde uvedeny základními principy sledovaných zdravotních systémů, jako jsou např.: poskytování služeb, organizace daného zdravotního pojištění a vybrané indikátory zdravotnictví konkrétní země. Poté je provedena komparace, kde je využito grafického vyjádření na základě zvolených indikátorů daných zemí. Komparovány jsou roky 2010 až 2013. V poslední části práce jsou vymezeny výhody a nevýhody hodnocených systémů zdravotního pojištění. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis is focused on the health insurance systems in the Germany, the Netherlands, the Austria and the Czech Republic. The aim of thesis is to define the basic terms related to health care and health insurance, analyze the health systems of selected countries and compare them with each other and then specify their pros and cons. The theoretical part deals with defining the basic terms, for example the health, the health care, subjects od health system, etc. The analytical part analyzes the systems of health insurance in chosen countries. There are presented the basic principles of the monitored health systems, such as: provision of services, the organization of health insurance and selected health indicators of specific country. After there is the comparison, which is used graphic expression based on selected indicators of the countries. The years of comparison was chosen between 2010 to 2013. In the last part of the thesis there are advantages and disadvantages of the evaluated insurance systems. |
