| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření obce Zbůch v letech 20112015. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány územní samosprávné celky a jejich financování. V praktické části je nejdříve představena obec Zbůch. Poté je provedena samotná analýza finančního hospodaření obce. K posouzení finanční situace obce jsou v poslední kapitole vypočteny vybrané ukazatele. Následně je pomocí těchto ukazatelů uskutečněna komparace obce Zbůch s vybranými obcemi. Závěrem je zhodnocena celková finanční situace a jsou navržena opatření na její zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This presented bachelor thesis is focused on financial management of Zbuch in 20112015. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Territorial autonomous communities and their finances are defined in the theoretical part. In the practical part the Zbuch municipality itself is introduced, fallowed by the analysis of the financial management of the municipality. Selected indicators are calculated in the last chapter to assess the financial situation of the municipality. Based on these indicators the comparison of Zbuch to other selected municipalities is described. In the end of the thesis the overall financial situation is evaluated and improvement measures are suggested. |
