| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu logistického systému ve vybraném podniku a následnému navržení opatření na zlepšení tohoto systému. V první části definuje teoretické oblasti v logistice výrobního podniku. Na začátku se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu logistika, jeho definování a určení cílů logistiky. Následně probírá řízení toku materiálu, logistické náklady, skladování, dopravu, logistické informační systémy a vymezuje pojmy aktivních a pasivních prvků logistického systému Ve druhé části se zabývá samotnou analýzou logistických činností podniku Steatit s. r. o., nejdříve krátce charakterizuje danou společnost a poté popisuje jednotlivé části jejího logistického systému. Následně jsou v práci navržena opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení celého logistického systému společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of logistic system in selected company and afterwards suggestion for improvement of this system. In the first part it defines theoretical area in the logistics of production company. It focuses on definition of the term logistics and determination of goals of logistics at the beginning. It discusses material flow control, logistic costs, storage, transport and defines terms of active and passive elements of the logistic system. At the second part it is focused on the realization of the analysis of logistic activities of the company Steatit s. r. o. At first it shortly characterizes selected company and then it describes individual parts of its logistic system. Suggestions for the improvements are in this bachelor thesis afterwards, which leads to the improvement of the whole logistic system. |
