| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o rekognici v trestním řízení. V úvodu první kapitoly je vymezen pojem rekognice a psychologické aspekty rekognice, které následuje historie vývoje tohoto institutu a jeho současná právní úprava. V druhé kapitole uvádím obvyklou klasifikaci rekognice z pohledu kriminalistiky. Na to navazuji v třetí kapitole, kde uvádím jednotlivé druhy rekognice, jejich zvláštnosti a problematičnosti, které se se pojí s jejich užíváním. Kapitola čtvrtá následně vymezuje objekty a subjekty rekognice. V kapitole páté se zabývám obecnými zásadami provedení rekognice. Poslední kapitola je o provedení rekognice, které zahrnuje kriminalistickou přípravu, taktiku a dokumentaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the recognition in criminal proceedings. The beginning of the first chapter contains the concept and psychological aspects of recognition, followed by historical development of the institute and its current legislation. In the second chapter I present the usual classification of recognition from the perspective of criminalistics. The next third chapter is devoted to individual types of recognition, their particularities and issues associated with their use. The fourth chapter defines the objects and subjects of recognition. In the next fifth chapter I deal with the basic principles of performing of recognition. The last chapter is about performing of recognition which include criminalistics preparation, tactics and documentation of recognition. |
