| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Vybrané problémy státního dozoru nad profesní samosprávou" je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se vyrovnává s pojmem zájmové samosprávy, její obecnou charakteristikou a odlišnými pojetími konkrétních autorů. Druhá kapitola v rozsahu této práce definuje profesní samosprávu jako komory s povinným členstvím a komory s nepovinným členstvím a zabývá se jejich specifickými rysy. Kapitola třetí představuje, jak se teorie správního práva vyrovnává s pojmem státního dozoru a čtvrtá kapitola podává přehled problémů, které vyplynuly při studiu právní úpravy zákonů o postavení a činnosti komor. |
| Abstract in different language: | Thesis "Selected issues of the state supervision of the profession self-government" is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is coping with concept of self-government of interest groups, its general characteristics and different conceptions of particular authors. The second chapter in the extent of this work defines profession self-government as chambers with mandatory membership and chambers with voluntary membership and deals with their specific features. Chapter three presents how the theory of administrative law is coping with the concept of state supervision and the fourth chapter presents an overview of the problems that emerged in the study of the legislation of laws on the status and activities of the chambers . |
