dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je Řízení ve věcech práva svobodného přístupu k informacím. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do šesti hlavních kapitol. Začaíná rozborem současného právního stavu v České republice, zakotvením práva na informace v mezinárodním a evropském pojetí, nastíněním procesu vzniku zákona o svobodném přístupu k informacím a jeho hlavní reformy. Následující kapitola se zabývala mezi kým samotné řízení vlastně pobíhá, tj. koho řadíme mezi subjekty řízení. Podstatné je také definovat si, o co v samotném řízení v podstatě jde. Další kapitola tak vymezuje samotný pojem "informace" a ostatní pojmy, se kterými se v souvislosti s nimi můžeme setkat. Stěžejní část práce je obsažena v kapitole s názvem Procesní postup poskytování informací, která je doplněna o příklady z dosavadní praxe autorky. Poté následuje stručné pojednání o důvodech, kdy se informace neposkytují. Závěrečná kapitola zmiňuje způsoby ochrany žadatelů o informacecs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this paper is "The proceedings in the right of the free access to the information". The paper is divided to the six main chapters. It begins with the analysis of the actual legal status in the Czech Republic and the right for the information in international and European concept. There is the outline of the creation of the Act and its main changes. In next chapter is the information about the subject of the proceedings. The issues of setting who is and who is not the liable subject is often the matter of the litigation. That is why I tried to outline also from my view the most interesting rulings. The important is also to define what the purpose of this proceedings is. The third chapter defines the name "information" and other that we can meet in relation with the Act. Ale in this matter there is a lot of question about the meaning of the world information. Also this questions were in a lot of litigations and I tried to interpret the ruling. The main part of my paper is in the chapter "Process information procedure" that I supplied with the examples from my experience. The fifth chapter briefly summarize the reasons why not to provide the information. The last chapter names the way how to protect the information claimers.en
