Zabývá se obsahem těchto smluv, situací ve společnosti při jejich vydání a jejich významem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Diploma Thesis deals with the important additional agreements for Vladislaus Constitution of the Land, they are the St.Wenceslaus Agreement and the other agreements from the 16th century. It focuses on their characteristics, the situation in society, when they were published and their importance for law. |
