| Abstract: | Téma diplomové práce nese název Dějiny dědického řízení a srovnání se současnou úpravou. Práce je členěna do pěti hlavních kapitol a několika podkapitol. Struktura práce je jinak dále rozdělena do třech tematických částí. První dvě části jsou historické. Třetí část se týká soudobého práva a aplikace právních ustanovení do praxe. Cílem práce je komparace historie a současnosti. Historie dědického řízení je důležitým zdrojem práva současného. Následné srovnání umožní zhodnotit pozitivní nebo negativní přínosy rekodifikace soukromého práva v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | Thesis topic entitled The history of the succession and compared to the current legislation. The work is divided into five main chapters and several subchapters. The structure of the work is further divided into three thematic sections. The first two parts are historic. The third part relates to contemporary law and application of legal provisions in practice. The aim of this work is the comparison of past and present. History probate proceedings is an important source of current law. Subsequent comparison to evaluate the positive or negative benefits recodification of private law in the Czech Republic. |
