| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda se mohou copingové strategie stát vhodným nástrojem pro dosažení životní spokojenosti a zda tyto strategie využívají častěji studenti nebo osoby v pracovním procesu, ve věku nad 35 let. První část práce shrnula teoretická východiska této problematiky a uvedla přehled nejnovějších výzkumů. Praktická část zajistila data pro zjištění odpovědí na výzkumné otázky. Stanovený předpoklad byl potvrzen jen z části, obranné strategie vedou k životní spokojenosti, ale častěji je využívají osoby v pracovním procesu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the study was to determine whether the coping strategies may become the appropriate tool to achieve the life satisfaction and whether these strategies are used by students or people in the work process in the age of over 35 years. The first part of the thesis summed up the theoretical background of this issue and provided an overview of the latest researches. The practical part ensure data for finding answers to the research questions. Stated assumption was partly confirmed, the defense strategies lead to life satisfaction, but more often it is used by people in the working process. |
