| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce seznamuje s problematikou mýtů potravin. Úvod teoretické části práce seznamuje s mytologií, obecnou problematikou mýtů, dělením mýtů a s problematikou mýtů ve výživě. V další části práce jsem provedla charakteristiku potravin podle mýtů a podle nauky o potravinách. Praktická část práce ukazuje, jak jsou seznámeni respondenti s danou problematikou vybraných mýtů a jak se danými mýty řídí. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor´s work deals with the issues of food and their mythos. The beginning of the theoretical part of the work meets the mythology, general issues of myths, categories of myths and the issue of mythos concerning alimentation. Further, I made characteristics of food according to both mythos and science of food. The practical part presents the facts of respondents´ knowledge of selected mythos as well as the facts about the way respondents follow the mythos. |
