| Abstract: | Společnost se neustále mění v důsledku demografických změn. Výraznou změnou a zároveň i problémem je stárnutí populace, jelikož neustále narůstá počet lidí, kteří jsou závislí na pomoci ostatních. Z tohoto důvodu se stává velmi aktuálním tématem stáří, se kterým úzce souvisí i péče o staré lidi. Každý senior s postupem času ztrácí jistou míru autonomie a je odkázán na pomoc druhých. Obrovskou roli v této péči sehrává rodina a blízké okolí. V rámci své diplomové práce, zejména v empirické části, se snažím přiblížit nastupující trend kombinované formy péče, kdy o seniora pečuje jak rodina, tak i sociální služby. |
| Abstract in different language: | As a result of demographic changes, our society has been constantly changing. Ageing populations have become not only a significant change but a problem too. The reason is that the number of people depending on others has been constantly increasing. The provision of care for elderly has become a contemporary topic. Almost every old person subsequently loses a certain level of autonomy and depends on assistance of others. A family should play a major role in this type of care. However, the aim of this thesis, especially in the empirical part, is to focus on current trend in solving the problem, so called combined care, which consists of both, the family and social service. |
