| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou kořenových syndromů a jejich vyšetřování pomocí Slump testu. V obecné části je probrána anatomická a biomechanická charakteristika páteře. Dále zde popisuji jednotlivé kořenové syndromy, jejich klinické příznaky, etiologii, vyšetření a diferenciální diagnostiku. Speciální část práce je věnována statistickému šetření, kde sledujeme schopnost vyšetřování napínacími manévry a Slump testem, a to jak u pacientů s diagnózou kořenového syndromu, tak u pacientů bez kořenového dráždění. Výsledky mého výzkumu poukázaly na větší efektivitu Slump testu při vyšetřování kořenové bolesti ve srovnání s použitím ostatních napínacích manévrů. Senzitivita a specificita Slump testu ve srovnání s ostatními napínacími manévry vyšla shodně. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work focuses on the radicular syndromes and their detection using Slump test. The general part covers anatomical and biomechanical characteristics of the spine. Another part is dedicated to description of the individual radicular syndromes, their clinical symptoms, etiology, differential diagnosis and testing. The special part is devoted to statistical surveys, which monitor the ability of an investigation stretching maneuvers and test Slump, applied on both patients diagnosed with radicular syndrome, and patients without radicular irritation. The results of my research, pointed to greater efficiency of Slump testing in the radicular pain investigation compared to use of other stretching maneuvers. Sensitivity and specificity Slump test in comparison with the other stretching maneuvers appeared identically. |
