| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapeutických prostředků u problematiky skolióz v dětském věku. Práce je členěna na úvod, ve kterém je nastíněné dané onemocnění. Teoretická část pojednává o kineziologii páteře a samotní skolióze. Obsahuje detailní informace o její historii, etiologii, klasifikaci, rozdělení, o vyšetření a fyzioterapeutických metodách využívaných při jejím léčení. Praktická část je tvořená podrobnými kazuistikami čtyř pacientek se zaměřením na ověření formulovaných hypotéz a seznámení s výsledky prováděného výzkumu. Ten byl zaměřen na ověření účinnosti fyzioterapeutické metody Klappova lezení u patologických odchylek, vzniklých u tohoto onemocnění. Ověření hypotéz na základě výsledků je popsáno v kapitole diskuze. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky prováděného výzkumu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis considers the possibilities of using physiotherapy in curing scoliosis during childhood. The thesis is divided into three parts. First, there is an introduction, with a general description of the disease. The next part is a theoretical one and consists of the spine kinesiology and a description of the scoliosis itself. It contains detailed information on history, etiology, classification and distribution of scoliosis. It also contains information about patient examinations and physiotherapeutic methods which are used as part of the scoliosis treatment. Practical part consists of case reports of four patients. These case reports are focused on confirming specified hypotheses and contain results of conducted research. This research has been focused on confirming of efficiency of physiotherapeutic method called Klapp's Climbing. Confirmation of hypotheses is described in chapter diskuze. Evaluation of results of the conducted research is described in the conclusion. |
