| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na problematiku habituálních luxací a jejich řešení. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teorie obsahuje souhrn možného vyšetření dané problematiky včetně testů hypermobility a modifikovaného testu soběstačnosti. Praktická část je věnována vyšetřením a dvěma intervencím terapie: cvičení doma, dle speciálního plánu a cvičení pod vedením terapeuta s využitím principů jednotlivých metodik. Součástí práce jsou kazuistiky čtyř pacientů obsahující: vstupní vyšetření, výstupní vyšetření, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu. Výsledky byly nakonec popsány v kapitole výsledky, následně objektivizovány v kapitole diskuse a shrnuty v kapitole závěr. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work is deals with problems of habitual luxation and their solution. It is divided into the theoretical and practical part. Theory contains the summary of possible examination including the test of hypermobility and modified test of self-sufficiency. The practical part is devoted to the way of examination as well as the courses of therapy: exercising at home, according to the special plan and exercising led by a physiotherapist with the use of the principles of particular methods. The work comprises four patinents´casuistries which contain: entrance examination, exit examination, proposal of short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan. At last, the final results were described in the chapter of results then objectified in the chapter of discussion and after that resumed in the chapter of conclusion. |
