| Abstract: | Předmětem práce je problematika stresové inkontinence u žen. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace o pánevním dnu, močové inkontinenci a její diagnostice. Dalším tématem je inkontinenci stresová, možnosti její léčby a následně diagnostika a možnosti terapie z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Praktická část zahrnuje sledování tří klientek. Na základě jejich vstupního a výstupního vyšetření je stanoven management terapie a z výsledků vyšetření je vyhodnocena úspěšnost terapie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of the work is the issue of female stress incontinence. In the theoretical part are summarized information about pelvic floor, urinary incontinence, and diagnosis of urinary incontinence. Another issue is stress incontinence, treatment options and subsequently diagnosis and therapy options from the perspective of a physical therapist. The theoretical part includes monitoring of three clients. On the basis of their entrance and final examination is determined management of therapy and the results of the examination is evaluated the success of therapy. |
