| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na využití bazální stimulace z pohledu ergoterapie a její vliv na soběstačnost u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Teoretická část je věnována problematice dětské mozkové obrny. Je zde uvedena definice dětské mozkové obrny, její charakteristika a formy. Dále se věnuje konceptu bazální stimulace a jeho prvkům. V praktické části je zahrnuto kazuistické a dotazníkové šetřením. Kazuistické šetření je orientováno na sledování vlivu bazální stimulace v oblasti soběstačnosti. Dotazníkové šetření doplňuje celkový obraz vlivu na využití bazální stimulace u klientů s DMO. Výsledek kazuistického šetření vyšel negativní. Somatickou stimulací nedošlo ke zlepšení v oblasti příjmu potravy. Z dotazníkového šetření se dvě ze tří hypotéz potvrdily. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of basal stimulation in terms of occupation therapy and its effect on self-sufficiency of children with infantil cerebral palsy. The theoretical part describes problems with infantil cerebral palsy. There is the definition of infantil cerebral palsy thein characteristics and forms. Thesis is focused with the concept of basal stimulation and its elements. The practical part includes case reports and a questionnaire surfy. The case investigation is focused on monitoring the impact of basal stimulation in self-sufficiency. The questionnaire survey completes the overall picture of the impact on the use of basal stimulation for clients with infantil cerebral palsy. Result of the case reports came out negative. Somatic stimulation no improvement in food intake. Of the questionnaire surfy two of the three hypotheses have been confirmed. |
