| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na navržení a doporučení nástrojů manažerského účetnictví ve firmě Novasport, s.r.o. se sídlem v Tachově, která se specializuje na výrobu lyžařských, turistických a vycházkových holí. Práce analyzuje potřeby firmy pro zavedení systému manažerského účetnictví a popisuje význam manažerského účetnictví při řízení podniku. Cílem této práce je zpracování návrhu systému manažerského účetnictví a návrh na jeho implementaci pomocí nástrojů projektového řízení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented thesis is focused on design and recommendation of tools of management accounting in the company Novasport, s.r.o. with its registered office in Tachov, which is specialized in manufacturing ski, hiking and walking poles. The thesis analyzes the needs of the company for implementation of the system of management accounting, and describes the importance of management accounting in business management. The aim of the thesis is to design a proposal of a system of management accounting, and a proposal for its implementation with the help of tools of project management. |
