| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřená na hodnocení finanční situace a výkonnosti lesnických společností na území České republiky. V teoretické části se zabývá především charakteristikou podnikání v lesnictví, definicí lesního podniku a způsoby evidence podnikatelské činnosti v lesnictví. V praktické části je nejprve vytvořena struktura lesnických společností a je představen vzorek zvolených podnikatelských subjektů. Následně jsou identifikována specifika v účtování, oceňování a vykazování jednotlivých druhů lesnických společností a prostřednictvím zvolených ukazatelů finanční analýzy je demonstrován vliv těchto specifik na jejich finanční situaci a výkonnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of financial situation and efficiency of forestry companies in the territory of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of forestry business, the definition of a forestry enterprise and records of forestry business activities. In the practical part, the structure of forestry companies is established the first and a sample of business entities is presented. Then specifics in accounting, valuation and reporting of individual types of forestry companies are identified and through the selected financial analysis indicators, the impact of these specifics on their financial situation and performance is demonstrated. |
