| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním řešením hydraulického vytlačovacího lisu a jeho hlavních konstrukčních skupin. Pozornost je věnována vlastnímu vytlačovacímu procesu i funkcím jednotlivých konstrukčních skupin. V úvodní části práce je popsán princip, historie, současný stav technologie vytlačování. Jsou zmíněny v praxi nejvíce využívané metody. V praktické části je proveden návrh a výpočet základních částí hydraulického vytlačovacího lisu. Tyto výpočty slouží k racionálnímu návrhu hlavních částí vytlačovacího lisu pro zadané požadavky na vytlačovací lis. Z výsledků výpočtu byl vytvořen model sloupu s maticemi a podroben pevnostní analýze. V závěru této práce jsou uvedeny možnosti využití technologie vytlačování. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis presents structural design of the hydraulic extruder and its main assembly units. A special atention is paid to extrusion process and the functions of extruders subsystems. In introduction the principles of extrusion, history and current status are specified. The most frequent extrusion methods applied in manufacturing are mentioned. The next part contents the technical calculation and design of main parts of the hydraulic extruder. These calculations are applied for the rational design to match the requirements imposed on the extruder. The calculation results were applied to carry out a dimensional model of the column with matrices for stress analysis process. At the end of this work numerous examples of using extrusion technology are presented. |
