| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá asistenty pedagoga v Plzeňském kraji v inkluzivním prostředí mateřských škol. První kapitola teoretické části rozebírá problematiku dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a podpůrná opatření, shrnuje legislativní a kurikulární podmínky pro zajištění vzdělávání dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Druhá kapitola shrnuje nejdůležitější informace o kompetencích asistentů pedagoga, financování a další legislativní uchopení. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na asistenty pedagoga v Plzeňském kraji. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with assistants of teachers in Plzeň Region in inclusive environment of kindergartens. First chapter of the theoretical part analyses issues of children with special educational needs and the support system, concludes legislative and curricular conditions to secure education for children with special educational needs. Second chapter summarises the most important information on competence of assistants of teachers, financial support and further legislative process. The practical part deals with assistants of teachers in Plzeň Region. |
