| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zaváděním a dodržováním pravidel v Předškolních klubech v Karlovarském kraji. Dále se věnuje reakcím pedagogů na porušení pravidel. Poukazuje na zásady při zavádění pravidel. Popisuje rizika odměn a trestů při dodržování a porušování pravidel. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na porovnání zavádění pravidel v jednotlivých Předškolních klubech v Karlovarském kraji. Dále se věnuje srovnání reakcí pedagogů na porušení pravidel. Cílem práce je zjistit podobnosti a rozdíly mezi jednotlivými Předškolními kluby v Karlovarském kraji. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the implementation of and compliance with the rules in pre-school clubs in the Karlovy Vary region. It also discusses the reactions of teachers to breaking the rules. Further the thesis points out the principles at the implementation of the rules. It describes risks of rewards for the compliance with rules and punishments for breaking the rules. The research is focused on the comparison of the implementation of the rules in the pre-school clubs in the Karlovy Vary region. It also compares the reactions of teachers to breaking the rules. The aim of the thesis is to find out the similarities and differences among pre-school clubs in the Karlovy Vary region. |
